BEING AN ORDINANCE A~DING ORDINANCE NO. 1~3, BEING AN ORDINANCE
LICENSING AND ~'iEGULATING THE SALE AT RETAIL OF NON INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUORS AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION T~QEOF.
Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance 1~3, which reads as follows:
"Section &. Fees. All applications for license shall be accompanied
by Receipt of the City Treasurer for the required annual fee for the respectiv.e
license. All such fees shall be paid into the General Fund of the Municipality.
Upon rejection of any application for license, the Treasurer shall refund the
amount paid.
The annual fee for 'on-sale' license shall be set by the City Council
it the second meeting in December in each year, and shall not be less than $35.00.
The annual fee for the 'off-sale' license shall be $5.00. All licenses shall
expire the last day of December in e~ch year;provided that~if eight months of any
licensing year have elapsed when an application is made, the fee shall be reduced
to one half of the regular amount thereof."
shall be amended to read as follows:

resolution each year.
Ail such licenses shall expire on the last day of December of each year;
provided that the fee for such license may be pro-rated.
Section 2. Time of Taking effect. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after thirty (305 days after its passage.
