THE CITY OF COLU>BIA HEIGHTS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance NoolT1 be amended as follows:
Section 2.
Upon the recommendation of the planning commission and
concurrence of the Council, that the provisions and regulations
ofthe Residential District would not be applicable to all
portions of lands added to the City, the Council may require
the issuance of special use permits in accordance with Section
ll and other applicable sections hereof for proposed building
and land uses~ designating such conditions in connection therewith
as are in its opinion required for the purpose and may require

l0 hereof. Included in such conditions may be conformity of
proposed use~ size, and divisions of lot or building site. of
building size and height~ of building setback and yard sizes~
and of other features of the proposed developement to any pl~a
which the planning commission or couhcil may have caused to be
~,'~" :~.~.~ prepared and may have adopted, or may have under consideration.
Section 3.
The Council may, in its discretion except restricted residential
uses and certain accessory u~es from requiring special permits
under certain conditions, and shall specif~what conditions
would be acceptable for this purpose.
Section
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
