THEREON AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
T~ VIOLATION THE~EOF.
Thee CITY OF COLbi~IA HEIGh~fS DOES ORDAIN:
S_~ Load Limits. Gross weight in excess of seven and~ one-half
~ud over all length of Vehicle in excess of
(7~) tons on non-truck route roads~be,~ and the same are, ~ereby prohibited
except with permission obtained from ei6her the Police Department or the
Offic~of th$~City Engineer.
Se¢.tiDn 2 Truck Routes. ~he Uity Council, the City Engineer, or the
Police Department shall from time to time deAignaDD truck routes within this
above
shall travel only on such truck routes except as above provided.
S~~ Penalty for violation. Vi61ation of this ordinance shall
be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than Ten and No/lO0 Dollars
($10.00), nor more than One Hundred and No/lO0 Dollars ($100.00), or by im-
prisonment for not mbre than ninety (90) days, and each viOlation shall con-
stitute a separate offense.

after thirty (30) days after its passage.
