AN ORDER AUTHORIZING THE SALE BY THE CITY
OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
KNOWN AS that certain part of 38½ Ave. N.E.
as described below.
THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1~ Authorization of Sale of Real Estate.
The City of Columbia Heights shall sell and convey unto
Columbia Tool and Die Works, a partnership composed of John L.
Ranger~ Wilburn Lewis, L.Ao i~\erriss, and D.W. Strom, that,
certain tract of land lying and being in the County of Anoka,
State of ~innesota, and described as follows to-wit:

That certain part of 3 : Ave. N.E. lying South of
Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Four (4), Second
Subdivision of Block "F", Columbia Heig,,ts Annex,
accordin9 to the map or plat thereof on file and
of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Anoka County, Minnesota.
together with ali the hereditaments and appurtenances theFeunto
belongin9 in or in anywise appertaining.
Section .2. o_ Terms and Conditions of the Sate.
That the terms of the sale of said property to the Cotumbiet
Tool and Die Works, a partnership composed of John L. Ranger,
Wilburn Lewis, L.A. Merr~$s and D.W. Strom, shall be as follows:
Said purchaser shall pay to the City of Columbia Heights
One ($Z.O0) Dollar cash for the above described lands and
premises. Said payment to be made immediately upon delivery
of a deed by the said City of Columbia eignts.
Section 3. MayoE and Cit. y Manager to Execute Documents.
The N~ayor and City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized
to execute and deliver to the said purchaser the necessary deed
for carrying out the terms of this ordinance.
Section ~._ Time of Takin~ Effect...
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
thirty (30) days after its passage.
