entitled, "An Ordinance Llcensing~and Reg-
ulating the Bale at Retail of Non-Intoxicat-
ing Malt Liquors and Providin{~ a Penalty for
the Violation Thereof."
The Oity of Oolumbia Heights Dees Ordain:
SeOtlon 1: That part of Section 6, Ordinance No.
1~3, which reads as fol~wS: "No license shall give per-
mission 5o sell non-intoxicating malt liquor in any theater,
recreation hall or center, dance hall, ball park or other
place of public gaSherinff for the purpose of entertainment,
amusemen~ or playing of games, and no such liquor shall b~
consumed there," is 'hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance s,hall take effect and be
in force from and after thlr%y. (30) days after its passage.
