THE CITY OF COLI~BIA HEIG~rS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Authorization of Sale of Real Estate.
The City of Columbia Heights shall sell and convey unto E. J. ;~jax &
Sons~ Inc. that certain tract of !~nd lying and being in the County of
Anoka~ State of Minnesota~ described as follows~ to-wit:
Lots 10 and !!, Block h~ ?~cond Subdivision of
Block F~ Columbia Heights Annex to Minneapolis~ Minn.
together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belongings
or in anywise appertaining.
Section 2. Terms and Conditions of sale. That the terms of sale of
said property to the s~id E. J. Ajax & Sons, Inc. shall be ~s follows:
Said purchaser to pay to the City of Columbia
Heights $700.00 cash for the above described
lands and premises. Said payment to be made
i~mediately upon delivery of a deed by the
said City of Columbia Heights.
Section 3. ~ayor and City Manager to Execute Docu~aents.
The Mayor and City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized to execute
and deliver to the said purchaser the necessary, deed for carrying out the
terms of this ordinance.
Section 1.~. Time of Taking Effect. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after thirty (30) days after its passage.
