CIDENTS.
THE CITY OF COLUMBIA H~IGHTS DOES ORDAIN:
Section i. Reporting Accidents ~
~ ~=~ ........ ~ .~ The driver of a
vehicle involved in an acci~ent resulting in injury to or
death of ~ny person o2 tokai prooerty damage to an apparent
ex~n~ of $50.00 or more shall, within 24 hours of the
cident, forward a written report of such accldent ~o the
police department and ~he Minnesota Commissioner of Highways.

Commissioner of Highways and shall give suf~ i~iently detailed
inform~tlon ~o disclose with reference to a t~'affl,~e ,~i .... nt

icles involved.
Section 2. In~nsi~en~L~o~ ~__ vi~ion.~_s. This or~dinance
shall superoede provisions of any ordinance inconsistent or
contrary hereto.
Section 3~ Time of ~kiqg~ffect. This ordinance shall
take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from ~d after
its passage.
