Reporting Accidents ~ ~ ~=~ ........ ~ .~ The driver of a vehicle involved in an acci~ent resulting in injury to or death of ~ny person o2 tokai prooerty damage to an apparent ex~n~ of $50.00 or more shall, within 24 hours of the cident, forward a written report of such accldent ~o the police department and ~he Minnesota Commissioner of Highways.
