NO. 132, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO
A~END ORDINANCE NO. lOV.
THE CITY OF COLU!.EBIA HEIGHTS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance Repealed. That ordinance No. 132, being
an amendmen~ to ordinance No. lOV, which is an ordinance licensing
and regul~ing the sale at retail of non-intoxicating malt liquors
and providing a penalty for the violation thereof, be and the same
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Contents of Repealed Ordinance. That the said
ordinance No. 132, which is by this ordinance repealed, read as
follows:
Section 1. That Section VII of Ordinance lOV which reads:
Closing Hours. No premises licensed for "On Sale" here-
under shall remain open for the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquors
between the bouts of 1 A.~. and 8 A.N., nor on any day of a Federsl,
State or Municipal election, nor on any Sunday before 12:01 P.M_.
be amended and changed so as to read as follows:
No premises licensed for "On Sale" or "Off Sale" hereunder
shall remain open for the sale of non-intoxicating malt liouors
between the hours of 1 A.M. end 6 A.M. nor on any day of a Federal,
State or MuniciPal Election, nor on any Sunday before 12:01 P.M.
Section It. That the City Manager be directed and auth-
orized to give notice of such amendment as provided in the Charter
of the City of Columbia Heights

Section 3. Time of Taking. Effect. This ordinance shsl!
