Norberg has or may possibly have a financial interest in International Business Machine Cor- poration and the City wishes to pay IBM for typewriter element, and, WHEREAS, the Council has determined, based on the report of the City Manager, that the contract price is as low or lower than the price at which these items could be obtained elsewhere, the City Council of Columbia Heights hereby resolves the sum of $17.10 be paid out of the proper fund upon the filing of an affidavit with the City Clerk in accordance with Minnesota Statute S. 471.89, sub- division 3, by Councilman Norberg.
