WHEREAS, Councilman Gayle R. Norberg has or may possibly have a
financial interest in International Business Machine Corporation
and the City wishes to pay IBH for typewriter renta! and,
WHEREAS, the Council has determined, based on the report of the
City Manager, that the contract price is as low or lower than the
price at which these items could be obtained elsewhere, the City
Council of Columbia Heights hereby resolves the sum of $6h. O0 be
paid out of the proper fund upon the filing of an affidavit with
the City Clerk in accordance with Minnesota Statute S.h71.89,
subdivision 3, by Councilman Norberg.

3. The reasonable value thereof of each commodity or service is
as listed above.
4. That your affiant may be a stockholder in the companies listed
or in companies owning the companies listed above.
That to the best of your affiant's knowledge and belief the

the price at which the commodity or service could be obtained
from other sources.
