(612) 788- 9221 "SERVICE IS OUR BUSINESS" RESOLUTION 80-16 BEING A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, by motion on the llth day of February, 1980, ordered notice of a hearing to be given to the property owners, and WHEREAS, pursuant to a notice of hearing, certain residents appeared at a Council meeting on the 31st day of March, 1980, and WHEREAS, the Council determines to proceed with this local improve- ment, a portion of t-he cost being defrayed by special assessments un- der Charter provisions. NOW, THEREFORE, 1T IS HEREBY RESOLVED: 1. That the location and extent of such improvements is as follows: SEAL COATING of the following streets and avenues: University Service Road, 45th Avenue to 53rd Avenue 4th Street, 45th Avenue to 53rd Avenue 5th Street, 45th Avenue to 53rd Avenue 6th Street, 45th Avenue to 53rd Avenue 7th Street, 45th Avenue to 53rd Avenue Washington Street, 45th Avenue to 47th Avenue and 48th Avenue to 53rd Avenue Madison Street, 45th Avenue to 47th Avenue and 48th Avenue to 53rd Avenue Monroe Street, 49th Avenue to 51st Avenue Jackson Street, 49th Avenue to 51st Avenue 52nd Avenue, University Avenue to 7th Street Sullivan Drive, 7th Street to Washington Street 50½ Avenue, Monroe Street to Jackson Street 5Otb Avenue, University Avenue to Centrat Avenue 49½ Avenue, Monroe Street to Jackson Street 48th Avenue, University Avenue to Washington Street 48th Avenue, Jefferson Street to Monroe Street 47½ Avenue, Jefferson Street to Monroe Street Bruce G. That the materials to be used are as follows: Seal coat oil, asphalt, aggregate and possibly concrete for curb repair. That a careful estimate of the cost of the improvements has been made by the City Manager and the several lots and parcels of land fronting upon and adjacent to such proposed improve- ment, which he deemed benefitted thereby, were properly noti- fied of said hearings, and That the City Manager shall also list the names and owners of the several parcels so improved as nearly as can be ascertained. 5.
