1977 NON UNION LIQUOR
EHPLOYFES SALARIES
BE lit i{EREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUKBT.\
HEiGHTS~ that the following changes in salaries be effective for
1977 for the municipal liquor stores:
1 Full time empl/oyees r~=
· ~o listed in sections 2 and 3) to have
maximum hospitalization coverage of $55 per month,
2. Liouor Store manager to receive $17,064 (ste'r.; 25 range c)
A.~-sistant Licuor Store manager to receive $1!5,11- (s{~ep 23 range mid b)
3, Full time clerks at stores #2 and #3 to receive $4.85 and
regular janitor to receive $9,500 per year.
4. Vacation shal;l_ be ~,rant~e~- e' on the basis of two weeks par year
one to eight years, three weeks after eiKhth year through the
fifteenth year~ four weeks after fifteen years of service.
}{olidays shall include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Dsy plus three "'zloaczno~' ~ holidaysu.

5. Regularly scheduled part time clerks (based on over five years
continuous service) Clem Janisch $4.10 per hour' Harold Peterson ~,/, O0
per hour; John Snyder $3.75 per hour and Paul Traynor $3,75 per hour.
These four clerks shall be paid retroactive to January 2, 1977 and ke
paid for standard holidays (6) on the basis of their average work day.
No other fringe benefits apply to this category.
6. Other part time clerks to receive $3,70 per hour except $3.60 per
hour for a six month probationary period. Part time janitors to
receivev~*°,c'a,~ pe~-._ hour ($3,45 for Sundavs~ or wnen~ substituting for
regular janitor). Glass washers to receive $3,!0 per hour. Ne fringe
be_n{fits ~pp].y to job classifications in this section and rates are
effective for pay peried following adoptien of this resolution.
