The City Council shall appropriate the sram of $190,000 te the Municipal ~'ublic Safety Building Additicn and Renovation Project~ to be combined with funds from the Economic Devclopment Administ=.a-- Lion For ~he ilnplement~i;ion of sa'~d project. 2, in the even~ the U~ S.
