HENTGES, COUNCILMAN "SERVICE IS OUR BUSINESS" '1 RESOLLTION 77-1t BEING A RESOLUTION [~EDICAT!NG CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR STO~,I DRAIH PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights has planned certain public improvements, including the improvement of Minnesota Highway No. 65, and WIiEREAS, such improvements include the construction of certain storm drains, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CiTY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, that the following described property is herewith dedicated for the construction and continued maintenance of a storm, drain and appurtances, to-wit: The South forty~f!ve feet (45') of the North ~.6 acres of Lots seven (7) and eight (8), Auditor's Subdivision Number 51, Section 26, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota.
