HENTGeS, COUNCILMAN ."SERVICE IS OUR BUSINESS" RESOLUTION 76-58 BEING A RESOLUTION ORDER_ING I I~[P RO~v~E -~&EMT S BE IT HEPOEBY PdESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Co!um%bia Heights, ~{EREAS, the City Council of t~e City of Cotm~mbia Heights by Motion on the 25th day of October, 1976 ordered notice of a hearing to be given to property o~n~ers, and E_~IEREAS, pursuea~t to a notice of hearing certain residents appeared at a Council Meeting on the 8th day of November, 1976, s=nd ~Ei~AS, the Council detezTmines to proceed with this local improv~ment~ a portion of the cost being defrayed by special assessments under Charter provisions. NOW, THEP~EFORE, IT IS ~IEREBY RESOLVED: !. That the location and extent of such improve~ents is as follows: 39% to 40th Ave., From Cleveland St. East about 500 feet' 2. That the materials to be used are as follows: Standard 3. That a careful estimate of ~e cost of the improvement has been made by the City Manager and the several lots and parcels of land fronting upon and adjacent to such proposed Lmprov~ment, which he de~aed benefited thereby, were properly notified of said hearings, and 4. That the City Manager shall also list ~e names and o~mers of the several parcels so improved as nearly as c~n be ascertained. 5.
