CTI BETWEEN SUMHIT STREET AND ,}0Tr AVENUE N.E., 5TH (,'TDFI:'T [,~ E TO LOOKOUT PLACE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that WHEREAS, a public hearing was c~]led pursuant to notice on March 23, t976; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Columbia Heigh~.:~ passed Resolution No. 76-~5 at said hearing, which resolution authorized the construction of a concrete alley between Sun,mit Street and 4Otb Avenue N.E., 5th Street N.E. to Lookout Place, and WHEREAS, the City Council felt it necessary to reopen the said hearing on the aforementio~ed public improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that Resolution No. 76-t5, BEING A RESOLUTION ORDERING !HPROVEMENTS, passed March 23, 1976 be and herein is repealed.
