HENTGES, COUNCILMAN "SERVICE iS OUR BUSINESS" RESOLUTION ~76-18 BEING A RESOLIJTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of, the City of Columbia Heights, that WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights by Motion on the 23rd day of February, 1976 ordered notice of.a hearing to be given to property owners, and WHEREAS, pursuant to a notice of he~ring certain residents appeared at a Council Meeting on the 29th day or'March, t976, and WHEREAS, the Council determines to proceed with this local improvement, a portion of the cost being defrayed by special assessments under Charter provisions. NOW, THEREFORE, I'T 1S HEREBY RESOLVED: I. That the tocat~on end extent of such improvements is as foll~s: Catch basins and leads fr~m 42nd Avenue and 2nd Street to 42nd and 3rd Street and on 3rd Streetr north 280 feet, more or less,to the existing storm drain. A~so, 43rd Avenue from 2nd Street to ~ain Street 2. That the materials to be used are'as~follows: Concrete, BCCMP (B~tuminous Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe), PVC Pipe That a careful estimate of the cost of the improvements has been made by the City Manager and the several lots and parcels of land fronting upon a~d adjacent to such proposed i~progements~ which he deemed benefitted thereby, were properly notified'of said hearings, and That the City Manager shall also list the names and owners of the several parcels so improved as nearly as can be ascertained.
