BE 1. T HEREBY RESOLVED by the Ci'ty Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights has one Civil Defense Air ~arn[ng Siren, 5 H.P. and controls, that has become excess.' and there exists 'no foreseeable need for sa[d Air ~arn[n9 Siren, and WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has two (2), 8,00.0 BTU ~(ndow a(r condi;tioners that have become excess equi'pment, and there exists no foreseeable need for said air conditioners, and WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights has a need and use for the air conditioners, and the City of Fridley ~as a need and use for the Air Warning Siren, and that it is in ~e interest of both Cities to effect a transfer of said equipment, NO~/, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the City of Columbi:a Heights exchange one [l) air warning siren and control for tw.o (2). air conditioning units, serial numbers 5-123.778, 5-123536 with the City of Fridley.
