ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE PERSONNEL: City Manager $19,500; Administrative Assistant $14,400; City Engineer $16,800; City Clerk-Treasurer $11,500; Deputy Clerk-Treasurer $9,600; ~alf-time Accounting Clerk $3.70/kour; City Assessor $14,700; Deputy Assessor $9,600; Assessor Trainee $~,~0; City Inspector $12,150; Permit-License Clerk $8,180; Manager- Council Secretary $7,0.00; Receptionist-Cashier $2.84/hour; (5,600/year); City Attorney (retainer) $11,500; CIVIL DEFENSE: Civil Defense Director Police Secretary $7,600; $~100; Civil Defense- UTILITIES: Billings Clerk $7,680; ASSESSMENTS: Assessments Clerk $5,960; LIQUOR: Accounting Clerk $8,030; Deputy Clerk $6,680; FIRE DEPARTMENT: Ckief $13,700; Deputy Ckief $12,350; POLICE DEPARTMENT: Chief $13,700; LIBRARY: Bead Librarian $10,680; C~ldren's Librarian $6,900; Assistant Librarians $2.00 to $3.48 per kour based on training and experience; Library pages $1.60 to $1.75 per kour; (Federal minimum is $1.60.) - 2 - STREET SUPERINTENDENT: $13,000; SEWER & WATER SUPERINTENDENT: $13,000; PARK SUPERINTENDENT: $13,000; ENGINEERING: Assistant city Engineer $13,300; Senior Engineering Aide $11,000; Engineering Inspector $10,400; Engineering Aide II $10,100; Engineering Dispatchsr and Clerk $8,000; STREET: Heavy Equipment Operators $5.12 per hour; Traffic and Sign Man $5.02 per hour; Shop Foreman $5.32 per hour; Light Equipment Operators $4.72 per hour; as established on a monthly basis area-wide two year agreement. PARK: Senior Parkkeeper $5.12 per hour; Parkkeepers $4.77 per hour; Junior Parkkeeper $4.27 per hour; SE~R & WATER: ~eavy Equipment Operators $5.12 per hour; Assistant Plumbing Inspector $5.12 per hour; Meter Reader (Plumber Helper~ $4.00 per hour; Maintenance Men $4.82 per hour; These adjustments are acceptable to the requirement of the Office of Emergency Preparedness guidelines establishing Phase Ii limits.
