RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUHBIA HEIGHTS
that the City enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota,
Department of Highways for the following purposes, to-wit:
To maintain and provide electric energy for 2 - 40.0 watt
mercury vapor lighting units at the intersection of Trunk
Highway No. 47 [University Avenue Northeast at 40th Avenue
Northeast) and 2 - 400 watt mercury vapor lighting units
at 44th Avenue Northeast tn accordance with this Agreement,
a copy of which was before the Council.
BE It FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume
for and on behalf of the City all of the contractural obligations
contained there~n.
