HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 70-20RESOLUTION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia H~ights, that the following changes ~n salaries and fringe benefits as negotiated be effective retro-active to January l, 1970 or as noted for the municipal liquor stores: Liquor store manager to receive $10~790.00 plus standard hospitalization allowance and Health and Welfare. Assistant store manager to receive $10,560.00 plus standard hosp~tallzation allowance and Health and Welfare. Regular bartenders to receive $3,70 per hour plus standard hospitalization allowance and Health and We!fare. ~aFt-t~me bartenders to receive $3.70 per hour. All new bartenders will be paid 25¢ under scale for a probationary period of thirty days. Waitresses to receive $2.50 per hour plus standard hospitalization allowance and Health and Welfare, with a $50.00 per year uniform allowance to be ~ranted for 1970. Regular off sate clerks to receive $3.10 per hour plus standard hospitalization allowance. One part-ti~e off sale clerk to receive $3.05 per hour. All other part-time off sate clerks to receive $2.97 per hour. Regu!~r janitor to receive $7,207.20 per year p~!us standard hospitalization allowance and Health and Welfare. Part-time jan~itors to re¢~ve $2.80 per hour. Glass washer (jan.~tr~s~ tQ rece~ye $2.60 per hour. Part-time custod?a~s to recei~ye $2.30 per hour~ Work week of 45 hours for all regular bartenders, ~chedule to be set by store manager. Good Friday holiday to be inc]uded in the 1970 boll'day schedule with the understanding that the employees will take this day off on their birthday in lieu of Good Friday. Vacation allowances to the regular liquor store employees shall be based on the following schedule: ll days/yr 12 days/yr 13 days/yr 14 days/yr (.3 weeks) 15 days/¥r t6 days/yr 17 days/yr (2 weeks) 10 days/yr, after completion of one year to five years. after completion of six years. after completion of s~ven years. a f-'~er completion of eight years. after completion of nine years. after completion of ten and eleven years. after completion of twelve and thirteen years. after completion of fourteen and fifteen years. 18 days/yr, after completion of sixteen and seventeen years. 19 days/yr, after completion of eighteen and nineteen years. (4 weeks) 20 days/yr, after completion of twenty years. - 2 - 70-.20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing changes be effective in accordance with the schedule as listed herein for the calendar year 1970.
