HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 28-62BE IT RESOLVEg by the City of Columbia HeIohts,~ '~ that %he following resolutions be repealed, and the same are hereby in all things repealed: "The following resolution was introduced by Karrow, seconded by Dahl and all ayes on roll call, e×cept Deutsch: 'Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Columbia Helghts,~ th,~t the proper officials be empowered to issue and sell at par, certificates of indebtedness up to ~3770 for the payment of street grader; bearing interest at the rate of 6~% payable semi-smnually: due da~es being Dec. 1st, 1929 and Dec. 1st , 1930." Passed Oct. 9, 1928 't~ner~eaoy resolution )r offered by gahl, seconded by Karrow and on all roll call al~ ~ves except Deutsch "Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Columbia Heights, that whereas, ::. the sum of .~3770 has been appropriated for the purchase of a tractor by ordinance 71/~61, and the issuance of emergency certificates of indebtedness authorized: The City Treasurer is hereby ordered and authorized to prepare, issue and sell emergency certificates of indebtedness in the above su~. Such certificates to run for a period of one year and to draw interest at the rate of six per cent per annt~n. This resolution shall take effect inzme~iately upon its passage."
