HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 91-50RESOLUTION NO, 91-50 BEING A RESOLUTION REGARDING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS AND MINNESOTA TEAMSTERS PUBLIC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT EMPLOYEES' UNION, LOCAL NO. 320 - POLICE OFFICERS that: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights WHEREAS, the present agreement between the Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees' Union, Local 320, representing Officers of the City's Police Department and the City of Columbia Heights has a wage and contribution to fringe benefit reopener for calendar year 1992; and, WHEREAS, negotiations have proceeded between the Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees' Union, Local No. 320, representing Officers of the City's Police Department, and members of the City negotiating team, and said negotiations have resulted in a mutually acceptable provision regarding the following articles: Wages - 3.0Z adjustment effective February 1, 1992 (2.7Z net increase) Insurance - $250 per month employer contribution for employee and dependent coverage effective January 1, 1992 WHEREAS, a copy of said contract will be made available for inspection at the Office of the City Manager and is made a part hereof by reference; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the contract amendments as negotiated, be and are hereby established as the salary and fringe benefit adjustments for calendar year 1992 for Officers of the Columbia Heights Police Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute this agreement. Passed this 23rd day of Offered By:.
