sold directly to the State, and

the City of Coi~:oia Heights, Anoks Comnzy, Minnesots, Znat the

p~chase from the State of~;~n~" nesota, if possible, sm~ ~!o,0~0
Ref,~mding Bonds at a 5~ yield basis, and the money necesssry to
pay the pr~im~ and interest therezn is hereby appropriated from
the Sinking
