HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 34-31 RESOLUTION. ~ Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights:- WHEi~EAS there are a number of places of refreshment in the City of Col~Lnoia Heights licensed to sell non-intoztc~ting m~lt beverages, which cater to both men and women,and which a~o not equipped with proper and sufficient toilet facilities; and WEE~S tLe State Board of ~ealth has w~t~n to a nt~oer of such places reQ~estlng that thej provide additional toilet facilities as soon as possible;and ,WHEREAS it is the sens~ of this CounCil to cooperate with the State Depar~men~ of Health and to r.~ou!re all places licensed for the s~le of non intex~c~,tlng beverages to maintain s~p~rate toilet rooms for the acccmodation of men and women guezts; NOW TEERFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Colum;~ia Hei*~hts that all pre~:~ises within the City of Co!~ia H~tghts licensed to sell ~Intoxicatin~ ~lt beverages"on sJ~le~' and catering to both men &nd women guests be r~euired to maint~u~s~parate toilet facilitSes for gu ets?That such f~cilities be properly equiooed and ~!ntained and be kept neat and clean and sanitary. That tke f~ilure to fur~ish,equip and maint?in suc~ ~acili~ie~ shall be ground for the revocation of such license.
