foll0wi~g desCribed tract of land within the corporate limits of the City of Columbia
Heights be and the same hereby is dedicated as a public street and that the same be
opened to a width of thirty fee~ for public trawel and be k~ow~ as McLeod Street.
Said tract lying and being in the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota and
specifically described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Nection
Thirty-six (36), Township ~hirty (~0), North Range Twenty-
four (2~!), West of 4th Principal Meridian, distant thirty
(~0) feet East from the most Northeasterly corner of Reser-
voir Hills Addition according to the plat thereof now on
file aud of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for Auoka County, Minnesota, thence Southerly on a line
parallel with and dist~ut thirty (SO) feet Easterly from the East line of
McLeod Street as laid out North and South in Reservoir Hills
Addition as aforesaid to a point where it is intersected by
a line parallel with and distant thirty (~0) feet Northerly from
the North line of McLeod Street as laid out East and West thence
Eastely on a line thirty (~0) feet North of and parallel to the
North line of McLeod Street as laid out East and West, to the
Northwesterly line of Reservoir Boulevard thence Southwesterly
along the Northwesterly line of the aforesaid Reservoir Boule-
yard to its intersection with the North line of McLeod Street
as laid out East and West, thence Westerly along said North
line of McLeod Street to its intersection with the East line of
said McLeod Street as laid out North and South, thence Northerly
on the East line of aforesaid McLeod Street to its intersection
with the North line of Section Thirty-six (56), Township Thirty
