After carefully con- introduced the Be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, Anoka County, Ninnesota, that it is, in the Judgment of this Council, advisable, expedient and necessary to issue the Refunding Bonds ~ the City in the ~nount cf $7,000 for paying~a Judgment, there not being sufficient moneys on hand in the treasury of said City available for that purpose. That this Council ~ill meet on the ~ ~ day of July, 1930, at 8:00 o'clock, 2. M. at the High School Building in said City to receive and consider bids for such bonds. That said bonds 'bear interest at not to exceed 6% per annum, payable seni-annually, be dated July 1st, 1930, and mature serially $1000 on July 1st in 1939 each of the years from 1933 to/~, both inclusive.
