Dear Becky,
Thank you for using the services of Dalco Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. in 1998 and
1999. We truly hope that our field technicians were prompt, courteous, and responded to
all of your roofing needs.
During the next several months our department will perform the annual roof maintenance
sen'ice for clients who have authorized us to continue with Dalco's Roof Maintenance
Service. This annual update will include a comprehensive roof inspection. At that time
we will be investigating for developing deficiencies, abuse of the roof, weather related
conditions, proper mechanical additions, and structural deficiencies. If at the time of the
inspection, we find major deficiencies, you will receive a proposal for the recommended
repair work. Photographs will be included, where necessary, to support the
recommendations. Upon completion of the annual maintenance service, we will advise
you of the corrected deficiencies.
Please sign the attached property listing as our authorization to proceed with the annual
roof maintenance service; and return a copy via mail or facsimile. At the san~e time
please provide us with a listing of building tenants with addresses or a building's tenant
layout.
Again, thank you for using Dalco in the past. Please call me with any questions regarding
any of our roofing services. We look forward to working with you during the coming
year.
