RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ANOKA COUNTY FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF WEST UPLAND CREST (ANOKA COUNTY ROAD ~104)
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Columbia Heights City Council does approve
of and authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute an agreement with Anoka
County for engineering and construction costs associated with the reconstruc-
tion of West Upland Crest.
