BEING A RESOLUTION EEDICATING MURZYN HALL INGRESS AND EGRESS AS A PUBLIC
STREET
BE tT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights:
1. That the ir~ress ar~ e~ress to the Murzyn Hall parking lot fron
39th Avenue Northeast, legally described as follows, to-wit:
The West 24 feet of Block Two (2), except Lots One (1), Two (2),
and Three (3) thereof; 2nd Subdivision of Block F, Columbia Heights
Annex according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota,
is hereby dedicated as a City street as defined by Minnesota Statute
S169.01, Subd. 29.

That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
