BEING A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE TO ACCEPT CERTAIN
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS:
That the administrative service is hereby authorized to accept
payments of annual installments of special assessments after
the due date but prior to October 10th of the year in which the
installment was due provided that:
(1) The payment is less than the amount of the installment payment
had the installment payment been made on a timely basis, and,
Any additional charges occasioned by the failure to make pay-
ment on or before the due date of the installment shall be
certified to the County Auditor as a delinquent assessment.
Passed this 25th day of September, 1986.
