CONFIRMING TAX LEVY BY THE SIX CITIES WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA
HEIGHTS THAT:
WHEREAS, the Six Cities Water Management Organization hms adopted a budget
as shown on their attached resolution, and assessed the City of Columbia Heights
$7,078 ms their portion of the total budget.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Columbia Heights approves and consents to the levy of $7,078 upon all taxable
property in the City of Columbia Heights as a special taxing district, for
the purposes of the Six Cities Water Management Organization.
