BEING A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AMOUNT OF
CITY SHARE AND AMOUNT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PROJECTS TO BE LEVIED
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights by motion on the
8th day of September, 1986, ordered a special assessment hearing to levy the
cost of improvements and
WHEREAS, the following projects will be specially assessed on November 25,
1986, and a portion of the costs may be borne by the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.O61,
and City Code 4.103, that the breakdown is as follows:
