HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 68-13BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights,
that the following changes in salaries and fringe benefits as negotiated,
be effective on the dates as noted for the Municipal Liquor Stores:
1. Waitresses to receive $2.10 per hour January ! to June 30, 1968 and
$2.12 per hour July 1 to December 31, 1968, with a 825.00 per year
uniform allowance to be granted for 1968.
Regular Bartenders to receive $3.17 per hour retroactive to January
1, 1968.
Part-time Bartenders to receive $3.00 per hour retroactive to January
t, 1968.
-'Liquor Store Manager to receive 89,279.68 plus standard hospitalization
allowance.
Assistant Store Manager to receive 89,060.48 plus standard hospitaliza-
tion allowances.
$1 and $3 Off-sale clerks to receive iZ63/hr.
$2 Off-sale Clerk to receive $2.58/hr.
Part-time off-sale clerks to receive $2.50/hr.
Regular Janitor to receive $5,896.80/yr., plus hospitalization allowances
Part-time Janitors to receive $2.40/hr.
Glass washers (Janitress) to receive $2.25/hr.
Part-time Custodians to receive $!.95/hr.
Work week of 45 hours for all ~egular bartenders beginning ~ionday,
April 22, 1968, schedule to be set up by the store managers.
Good Friday holiday to be added to the holiday schedule with the
understanding that the employees will take this day off on their
birthday in lieu of Good Friday~
Vacation allowances to the liquor store employees shall be based on
the following schedule effective January 1, 1968:
(2 weeks) 10 days/yr, after completion of one year to five years.
11 ......... Six years
" Seven years
" Eight years
" Nine years
" Ten & Eleven years
" ~!~elve & Thirteen years
" Fourteen & Fifteen years
Sixteen & Seventeen years
" Eighteen & Nineteen years
" Over twenty years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing changes be effective in accord-
ance with the schedule as listed herein
