at 4045 tefferson Street N.E., Columbia Heights, Minm}seta, on the }~o]~}w
described property, and
~HE~AS, a ce~ain building is located on the rear pa~ of the lot adjacent to the alley
desc~bed as a shed, and
~HE~AS, after the receipt of numerous~omplaints, the Council of the City of Columbia
Heights order .,~ ,.t~ fnspection to be made of the above described premises,
premises ~,vas found to be inadequately maintained, dilapidated, physically damaged, Jn a
state of disrepair end constitutes a hazard to the public safety and health and that it does
violate existing ordinances of the City of Ootumbla Heights, and
WHER~S, the Council of the City of Golumbia Heights finds that the above desc~bed
building is inadequately maintained; that the building is dilapidated; that the building
physically damaged; and that the building does constitute a hazard to the public safety
and health; and that it does not conform to the building code of the City of Columbia
Heights.
NOW, THE~FORE~ BE IT ~SOL~D that Mrs. Get, de Steinfetdt and Alex M. and I,oma~ne
Ozeck shall be ordered to raze and remove that building on the prope~y legally described as
Lot Thimy-One (31), Bto~k Fifty-Six (56), Columbia Heights Annex.
This action ts taken pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Annotated 463.12 to 463.26 on the
grounds that the said building is a hazardous building within the meaning of that statute.
