HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 66-34RESOLUTION ~AZHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights deems it necessary for the preservation of public peace,-health and safety, and WHEREAS, It is necessary for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a storm sewer and its appurtenances. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that the following parcel of land shall be condemned for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a storm sewer and its appurtenances, to-wit: The North 25 feet of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five ($), Block Two (2), 1VfathairA; the North 20 feet of Lots Six (6), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Two (2), 1Vrathaire; the North 25 feet of Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (t 7) and Nineteen (19), Block Two (2), IVfathaire; the Vfesterly 5 feet of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), 1V[athaire; the Easterly 5 feet of Lot Three (3), Block One (1), tV[athaire; the ~Vesterly t$ feet of the North 80 feet of Outtot One (t), 1V~athaire, and that part of Outlot One (1), 1V[athaire, described as follows: $ feet each side of a line beginning at a point 5 feet East of the Vfest line and 80 feet South of the North line of said outlot, thence running South 64° East a distance of 40 feet and there terminating, Anoka County, 1Vfinne sota.
