HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 66-31BE IT HEREBY REsoLVED by the Oily 'G0un'ci. 1 of the City of Columbia Heights, WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights on November 2, 1965, by its Mayor and City Manager, did en~er into a ContraCt with Pet~ow'~ke-Ross Company. Said contract concerned Columbia Heights Project No~ 6505, PartVI., (Clover Pond Out- fall), and WHEREAS, the Petrowske-Ross Company requests to be released from this contract, and WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights is considering entering into a joint project on a cost-sharing basls with the City of Fridley for the same system, and WHEREAS, it is to the mutual advantage of the City of Columbia Heights to be released from said contract. NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Columbia Heights does release Petrowske-Ross Company from said contract upon obtaining from the Petrowske-Ross Company a release of said contract.
