BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: WHEREAS, there exi'sts the mutual need for updating of easement records and agreements appurtaining 'thereto between the Cities of Columbia Heights and Minneapolis, regarding utility lines, hiow therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that 'the Mayor and City Manager be, and they are hereby authorized 'go grant to th~ Oity of Minneapolis · 'the following: An easement deed for water main purposes, in, to, under, upon· over and across the following described tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County of Anoka, State of Minn. to-wit: (a) That part of a public street right-of-way in the City of Columbia Heights consisting of the Sly 30 ft. of the hi. 1/2 of 37th Ave. N.E. from the laY. City limits of Columbia Heights Ely to the center line of Central Ave.N.E., more particularly described as 'the S 30 ft. of the E. 1188 ft., more or less, of Section 34, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County and the S. 30 ft. of Section 35, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County. Also, 'the hi~ 45 f't. of the S. 75 ft. of the E. 50 ft. of Section 35, Township 30, Range 24, being a portion of the W. 1/2 of Central Ave. as presently established at its intersection with said 37th Ave.hi E_, in Anoka County, Minn. (b) That part of a public street right-of-way in the City of Columbia Heights consisting of the hity 20 ft. of the S. 1/2 of 4$th Ave. Iq.E. from the center line of Main St. hi.E. Ely to the -~Af. line of the City of Minneapolis ~Afater YTorks property; more particularly described as the hi. 20 ft. of Section 35, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County, and the hi. 20 ft. of the ldfly 2638.74 ft., more or less of Section 36, Township 30, Range 24, Anoka County, Minn. Granting to the City of Minneapolis a warranty deed 'to the following tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Anoka, State of Minn. · to-wit: That parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 30 hI., Range 24 IV. ~ described as follows: Commencing at a point on the S. line of said~Section 28~ a distance 1700 ft. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 'that the foregoing easements, deeds, agreements and authorizations be made concurrent with the granting of the following con- siderations from the City of Minneapolis, 'to the City of Columbia Heights: Easement deeds to the City of Columbia Heights for water main purposes in, to, under, upon, over and across the following described tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota to -wit: That part of the SW 1/4 of Section 30· Township 30~ Range 23 (in the Village of New Brighton), Ramsey County~ described as follows: Beginning at a point on the ~V. line of the SW. t/4 of said Section 30, said point being !,0!7 ft.
