HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 63-48BE iT -~P, EBY RESOLVED by -the Ci'ty Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that the_ following salaries and adjustments be au=horlzed for the 1964 calendar year: All full-time City employees to receive as a part of their annual salary adjustment $104.00 (5¢ per hour) toward the ~fue Cross and Blue Shield Hospitalization and Surgical plans. Park Superintendent and Recreation Director to receive s~ increase over 1963 Salary. Further inequities on shop personnel to be considered in 1965 salary negotiations. ENGIN~EERiNG DEPARTi~NT, POLICE AND FiRE DEPARTi, LE~'~T: Engineering Assistants to receive 12¢ per hour increase January 1, 1964. Police and Fire Chiefs to receive 5)~ increase over 1963 salary. Step increases in Police add Fire Departments to be $2.4-6 per hour First six months; 50¢ per hour under top patrolman or Fireman Second six months; 30¢ per hour under top Patrolman or Fireman second yearl 20¢ per hour under Top Patrolman or Pireroan third year; 10.~ under top patrolman or fireman fourth year, top scale fifth year. 1964 Top Patrolman & Fireman 'to be 12¢ per hour increase over 1963.
