as follows~
i. That commencing on the 22nd day of March, 1963, and continuing until
the 15th day of May 1963, and annually thereafter to cozrespond with the
posting of load restr~ctions on State Trunk Highways in this area, unless
sooner terminated or thereafter ~ontinued, no vehicle shall be driven or
operated upon any street or public highway in the City under Jurisdiction
of the City whe~e the weight of su~hvehicleex~eed~
2. The above restriction shal! not apply on streets designated as
Municipal State A~d or County S~a~e Aid Routes a~d State H~ghw~ys,
on ~hich the w~ight of each vehicle shell not exceed=
7 TON PER AXLE
~his shall no~ apply to State or County Highways ~i~h~n the City where
load !!~lts are established by their respective agencies or 0epartmentso
respect to each of such streets and highways an~when so published and
posted the restrict~ons shall be in full force and ef~act~ all as pro-
vlded in accordance with Mi~nesota Statutes Sec. 169.87.
4. A vehic!e in ~xcess of such limits may be operatea or driven upon
a street or p~blic highway in the C~ty without violat~on of law wh~
the same is done un,er Special Permit thereof ~ssu~ in acco=~anc~ with
the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Sec. 169.86 ~hiuh are adopted and
made a part hereof by referenoe tb~ same as if fully ~ncorporated he=sin.
5. The Church bus, School bus, and other p~blic transportation vehicle
operators are given special permit to proceed with normal operation on
their regularly established routes and at regularly established hours,
said p~r~!ts to be issued by the City Manager°
