that the £o!lowing Revenue account mhd gross departmental accozmt salaries be
authorized specifically as follows:
LIQUOR STORE: Manager, $7,320 annual; Assistant ~6,8~2 annual;

Bartenders, $2.~8 per hour; Part-time bartenders, $2.32 per hour; Waitresses, ~!.7~
per hour; Full-time off-sale clerks, ~2.00 and $2.06 per hour; Janitors, ~2.2~
per hour; with the fdre-going personnel to receive Health mhd Wel£are Bene£itso
Part-time off-sale clerks, ~1.79 per hour; Sewer and Water Department Foreman,
~6,86~ annual; Heavy equipment operitor, ~3o0~ per hour; Maintenance men, ~2.8~ per
hour.
BE IT FURT}~R ~ESOLVED that Engineering Department personnel, including
~strumentmen, draftsmen, rodmen, ~nspectors, and chainmen be paid a salary scale
ranging from labor rate up to foreman rate--said salaries to be determined on a
merit basis by Counc~! Resolution. For 1962 this range w~l be from $1.88 to
~3 · 30
per hour.
BE IT FURTI-~R I~SOLVED that Administrative O££ice personnel shall take com-
pensatory time off at the rate o£ one-and-one-half hours o££ for every hour ove~ime
worked, with said overtime to be authorized and approved by the City ~.~anager. At
the end of every quarter of the calandar year~ any remaiuing compensatory time
shall be paid up to date on the same basis.
