WHE~AS: The City of Columbia Heights, did on the 12th day of June,
1961 , conduct and hold a General Municipal Election; and,
WHEREAS: The City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the 26th day of June, 1951 did canvas the re-
turns and results of said Gen~ra~ MuniciPal ~le~ction; and,
WH~AS: The follow~ng results were determined by said canvas of said
General Municipal Election~ to-wit:

NOW T~EREFORE, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Columbia
Heights:
That Warren A. Armstrong be and he hereby is declared to be elected Mayor of
the City of Columbia Heigl~s for a period of two years commencing on the first Mon-
day after the first Tuesday of July, 1961.
That Robert King and Bruce Nawrocki be and they hereby are declared to be
elected Councilmen for a period of four years con~encing the first Monday after the
first Tuesday of July, 1961
That the City shall continue to operate its Municipal Liquor Stores, rather
than issue private liquor licenses.
Passed this 26th day of June, 1961.
