RES 0 L UT I 0 The City Council of the City of Columbia Heig2ats recognizes a housing shortage within the city, and further recognizes that construction costs and avail- ability of material are acute. The City Council of the City of Co!umbua t!eights further recognizes a measure of protection is necessary to maintain values of property within the City. NOW,TNEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Iteights that any building permits for basement dwellings be accompanied by an agreement of temporary occupancy; and the same be filed for record with the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such agreement attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" be a part hereof and the same be a part of any basement dwelling building permit. BE IT FURTHER RES©LVED THAT upon expiration of such permit of temporary occupancy, notice to vacate be served upon such occupants; and permit of temporary~?ccupancy be revoked forthwith.
