WN~EAS, the City Nanager has made a careful estimate of the cost of the above described improvement together with the list of the several lots and parcels of land fronting upon and adjacent to such improvement which he deems benefitted thereby, and the names of the owners of the several parcels, as nearly as can be ascertained, and WEEREAS, this Council did heretofore by resolution duly adootedaud passed by four-fifths of its members determine to ~fce such improvement, ~0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: (1) That the Council hereby determines that the property described in the list attachedhereto witl bo benefitted~y such loc~itrovement. (2) That this Councit will meet on the daf of ..~.¢-~. . , 19 ~ at eight o~clock P.
