instructed and directed to transfer the sum of Two Thous~nd, Five Hundred
and no/100 Dollars ($2800.00) from the "Liquor Fund~ to the "Street
Naintenance Fund", and the City Council hereby finds that there is
stufficient surplus ~onies in the "Liquor Fund" to m~ such tr~nsfer.
