That the local assessment of project SiXZY-four (64) of Lot Eight (8), rearrange
men of Block "D" as originally adopted by the City Council and submitted To
the County Auditor on November 28, 1940, be and is hereby cancelled and that in
lieu thereof the following schedule of assessments be substituted.
