Dye; and,
WHEREAS: ~ne Oommissioners appointed by the District Court did
on the 12th day of November, 19&l, file with the Clerk of the D~et~ict
C.o~t of An~ka their report of their determination of the damages suf-
fered by,the ~said Louis~"F. Dye by the taking of the lands desceibed in
said Petition; and,
WHEREAS: The said Commissioners by their report set the damages
and the amount of their award to ~he said Louise F. Dye at the sum of
~wo ~ousand and no/!O0 ($~000.00) Dollars.

the said Louise F. Dye,~ Leeds E. ~tter, her atto~ey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That if the tender of said payment
of the award is refused the City Treasurer is authoriaed and directed
to place the moneys against wi~ich said check is drawn into a separate
fund to be designated as the" Louise F. Dye Condemnation Proceedings
Fund" which said fund shall.be kept in tact ~nd drawn against only
for the purpose of paying the award a~ finally determined on appeal
or by stipulation of the parties.
