WHEREAS: Said petition was duly referred to the Oity Manager to be

checked for delinquent taxes, and to prepare an estimate of the costs of
said imrpov~ment, and a list of the lots and pzrc¢ls of l~nd to be benefited
thereb~$ and,
WHER~AS: The 0ity Manager ha~ made his report that the property in-
· v61vee ful~lts the~requirements of the law as to delinouent taxes, an&has
prepsmed his estimate of the costs of sai~ improvement and the lots and par-
cels of land to be benefited thereby; and,
WHEREAS: Said Local Improvement iz to be kuown of a~ Tmcat Improve-
