WItEREAS, the 0ity Council of Ooluml~ia Eeights, Minnemota, met on the
being the time and place met ·when and where all P~rsons interested could
appear and be ..heard by the Council-with respect to benefits and to the
proportion of the ~Cost of making the local improvement, above described, a
notice of such hearing having.been heretofore duly ~oublished as required
b~ law, and
WHEREAS, thio Council has heretofore estimated and fSxed, the cost of such
local impr~vement and ham prepared au assessment roll therefore,

section I. That this Council does hereby adopt the aforesaid
aeseslment roll known and described am "Assessment Roll for Local Improve-
ment No. ~ . s.

SeCtion !I~, That said assessment roll be and the same is hereby
adopted as the assessment roll for the following local improvement
hereinbefore described, and that said assessment roll shall be hereafter
known and designated as ~A~sessment Roll for .Local Improvement No. ~ ~.
Section IV. That siad assessment shall be payable in annual install-
ments for a period of ...~,..~vears on or before the first day of ~u~e in each
