WHEREAS, the City 0ouncil of Columbia HeiGhts, Minnesota, met on the

being the time and place set when and where all persons interested coul~
appear and be heard by the Council with respect to bene£its an~ to the
proportion of the coat of making the local i~provement, above described,
notice of such hearing having been heretofore duly published as required
by law, and

the ~ount set op~aite the description of each such lot or parcel of l~d
respectively in said assessment roll in ~he col~ headed "~t of

~he proper pro.trion of the cost of such im~rove:~nt to be especially
assessed against such lot or parcel of l~d i~ the amo~t set o~posit~
